Nº 03Global mobility · Coming soon

Every day counted, residency clear.

Two apps for people who work across borders, and for the companies and advisers who support them. One counts the days spent in each country and warns you before you cross the threshold. The other prepares the evidence file for Spain's foreign-work exemption (art. 7.p LIRPF), with its supporting documents.

In development. We are looking for companies and advisers to shape the first version.

183-day app

Tracking your tax residency.

Under Spanish law you are tax resident in Spain if you spend more than 183 days there in a calendar year, and double tax treaties use similar tests. The app logs every stay and shows where you stand against the threshold.

  • Days logged by country, by hand or from travel bookings and calendar
  • An alert before you reach the threshold you set
  • Supporting documents attached to each stay
  • Annual report for your adviser

7p app

Exemption for work carried out abroad.

Article 7.p of Spain's Personal Income Tax Act (LIRPF) exempts up to €60,100 a year of employment income for work actually carried out abroad, if its conditions are met. The app gathers what you need to claim it and to back it up.

  • Days abroad and the pro rata calculation
  • Conditions checked: the company that benefits from the work and the destination country
  • Evidence file with travel invoices, letters and certificates
  • Summary ready for the tax return

Nº 02Who it's for

For those who travel and those who sign off.

a

Companies with staff abroad

The whole workforce in view: who is close to the threshold, who can claim the 7p exemption and with what evidence.

b

Tax advisers

Your clients log their days and you receive an organised file, not a box of boarding passes.

c

Professionals who work across borders

You always know where you stand, and you have the evidence if the Spanish Tax Agency asks.

Do you manage staff who travel?

Tell us how many people and between which countries, and we'll let you know when the apps are ready to try.
