About pricing.
Is there a lock-in or minimum contract?
No. firmia runs month to month. You can cancel at any time from your user panel, with no penalty of any kind.
What happens if I go over my plan's invoice limit?
We let you know in advance when you are getting close to the limit. You can upgrade at any time and the change is immediate.
Does the price include all users?
Yes. We don't charge per additional user. The price depends on the volume of invoices processed, not the number of people who access the panel.
Can I start with Starter and move up to Pro?
Yes. Changing plan is immediate from the panel. Your data, settings and history are kept intact when you switch.
What if I don't have an ERP?
It works just the same. firmia processes your invoices and leaves the results in a panel with tables, where you review them and download them in Excel or CSV, for your accountant for example. The price is the same.
How am I billed and who bills me?
Monthly, by card or direct debit, with an electronic invoice. firmia is a trade name of AUN WE PLAY, S.L., which issues the invoices under NIF B88694328.
